Korea: Falun Gong Practitioners Rally and March to Call for an End to the Persecution (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners held a rally at Wongok-dong Children's Park in the Danwon District of Korea's Ansan City on July 18. The theme of the rally was, "End the persecution of Falun Gong and bring those responsible to justice." The rally was followed by a march through the downtown area where many Chinese people live and shop.
Despite Persecution, Three Generations of a Happy Family Start Practicing Falun Dafa
(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Cai had not heard of Falun Gong before seeing all the propaganda against it in the media when the persecution began in 1999 in his native China. All the news about it led him to become interested. Noticing the wonderful changes the practice brought about in him, his parents, wife and son also began to practice. Now, three generations of the family enjoy the benefits of Dafa.

Dr. Qu Zheng, the host of the rally and a Falun Gong practitioner, briefly reviewed the history of the peaceful resistance of the persecution. Then, professor Wu Yingnian from UCLA, also a practitioner, reviewed the facts of the persecution. He said that 3397 death cases of practitioners have been confirmed, more than 6000 practitioners are jailed in prison, and more than 100 thousand practitioners were sent to the labor camps. Practitioners who have been persecuted are from all social classes. Prof. Wu also pointed out that the persecution of Falun Gong is against the Chinese constitution.
