(Minghui.org) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 18 cities or counties in 14 provinces. According to this report, 12 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 10 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Yiming Faces Illegal Forced Labor Camp Sentence

Mr. Zhang Yiming, a teacher at the Bohai Petroleum Vocational College was arrested by agents from Huayoujizhong Police Department, Bohai Police Department, and the Security Division of Bohai Petroleum Vocational College on August 15. After being detained for a month, he was sent to Langfang “Study Center” to be brainwashed. He is currently facing a forced labor camp sentence.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Ge Yulan and Ms. Zhao Shuhua Arrested

Ms. Ge Yulan from Xinglongzhuang Village, Doudian, Fangshan, and Ms. Zhao Shuhua from Liangjianfang Village were arrested for clarifying the facts about Falun Gong on the afternoon of October 6, 2012.

When Wuhan City 610 Office agetns failed to arrest Mr. Zhang Sifeng on September 3, they installed a monitor in Mr. Zhang's home.

4. [Dandong, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ai Lilong Arrested and House Ransacked

Mr. Ai Lilong from Jixian Village, Tangchi Town, was arrested by officers from Tangchi Police Station and his house was ransacked on September 25. His Dafa books and computer were taken away.

5. [Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region] Ms. Cai Ling Sentenced to Five Years of Imprisonment

6. [Xinzheng City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Detained

Six police officers broke into Mr. Wang's house at noon on September 21 and took his computer and printer. Mr. Wang was taken to Xinzheng Detention Center.

7. [Xintai City, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Li Kejun was arrested by police from Xintai National Security Division on September 12. A practitioner surnamed Wu from Longting Middle School was also arrested and still has not been released.

8. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Mr. Lu Haiyun Arrested

Mr. Lu Haiyun from the Fanyu District was arrested and his house ransacked by police in mid-September 2012. His current whereabouts are unknown.

9. [Guangan, Sichuan Province] Mr. Huang Linchuan Missing for Over Two Years

Mr. Huang Linchuan, a former staff member at Chengnan Developing District, went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa and was sent to a forced labor camp. He lost his job and had to leave home to avoid the persecution. He has been missing for more than two years.

10. [Fuyu County, Jilin Province] Mr. Xu Hui's Family Not Allowed to Visit Him in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Xu Hui's labor camp term is up in October. His family went to visit him, but they were not allowed to. Labor camp officers claim that Mr. Xu's term has been extended.

11. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Yulan and Ms. Jiang Huanxin Facing Trials

Ms. Zhu Yulan and Ms. Jiang Huanxin from Hongshi Forestry Bureau were deceived by agents from Dunhua City Procuratorate. They were arrested and are now in Dunhua City Detention Center.

12. [Jiayu County, Hubei Province] The 610 Office Agents Unsuccessfully Attempt to Arrest Mr. Chen Haishui

On the morning of October 2, Jiayu County 610 Office and Domestic Security Division attempted to arrest Mr. Chen Haishui from Xinzhuang Village, Gaotie Town. Officials left after they discovered that Mr. Chen was not at home.

13. [Lanzhou, Gansu Province] Nobody Is Aware of Ms. Han Zhongcui's Whereabouts

Ms. Han Zhongcui used to work for the Street Administrative Office at Lanzhou East Train Station. She has been missing for over two months. Her relatives have been looking for her everywhere. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Lu Shulin Arrested Again

Mr. Lu Shulin from Qingshanxiang was arrested on his way home from overnight work by Qingshan Township Police Station agents on the morning on September 24. The next day, Jilin Second Prison officials came to take Mr. Lu to the prison. Mr. Lu was once sentenced by Yushu City Court to six years of imprisonment.

15. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xiujian Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiujian from Weifang Shengjian Machinery Factory was arrested at work on the afternoon of October 8. Her computer, cell phone, and Dafa books were taken from her home.

16. [Anda City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuzhi's Home Ransacked

Liu Yunshan from Anda 610 Office and officers from Liming Police Station broke into Ms. Zhao Xiuzhi's house on the morning of October 9. They confiscated a car full of Ms. Zhao's personal belongings such as her computer, printer, and materials. Ms. Zhao was not home at the time. No one knows where she is.

17. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Shuhua Arrested

18. [Lanshan County, Hunan Province] Mr. Zhou Fangjun and Ms. Zhu Lingyun Still Detained

Mr. Zhou Fangjun and his wife, Ms. Zhu Lingyun, were arrested on September 16 and are still detained at Lanshan County Detention Center.

Mr. Zhou was taken to Jieluqiao Brainwashing Center in Yongzhou City in December 2011. He was arrested again on September 16, 2012. This time, his wife was also arrested.
