Nei Zhangjing, Wang Jing, Liu Pincai and Zhang Yinghong from Donggang Arrested

On the afternoon of March 3, 2012, practitioners Nei Zhangjing, Wang Jing, Liu Pincai and Zhang Yinghong from Donggang were taken away by officers from the Qianyang Town Police Station while they were talking to people about Falun Gong in Qianyang Town, Donggang.

On the morning of March 4, 2012, Zhang Qiang and Xu Jingdong led seven or eight policemen to ransack the homes of Zhang Jing and Wang Jing. They took away all of their Dafa books and other property. When the police ransacked Ms. Zhang Jing's house, her father and son were at home. The police took videos, forcing Zhang Jing's father and son to face the video camera and walk in the room according to their instructions. This became part of fabricated evidence to persecute Zhang Jing.

Since Ms. Liu Pincai did not return home for a whole night, her sixteen-year-old son went around to inquire about his mother's whereabouts on the morning of March 4, 2012. When he arrived at Zhang Jing's home around 11 a.m, he saw the police ransacking the house. This frightened him and he tried to walk away quickly. However, the police held the boy and did not let him go. The police questioned him as to why he had come to Zhang Jing's home, what relationship he had with Zhang Jing, where he lived and which school he attended. They took turns questioning the boy, who was so scared that he did not dare to say he'd gone there to inquire about his mother's whereabouts. He just said that he went to ask for some vegetables. However, the police thought this was a “secret code” between him and Zhang Jing. They kept interrogating the boy, trying to get at the root of the matter. Ms. Liu's son was very frightened and tried to leave a couple of times, but the police held him and did not let him go. Later, the boy said he did not say anything but he noticed that the police wrote down a lot of words on a paper. Afterwards, the police forced him to press his fingerprint on the paper. Under great pressure, Ms. Liu's son had to comply with their demand.

Later on, the police called the boy's teacher, requiring that she come to Zhang Jing's home. They asked the teacher what the child's name was and where he lived. The teacher answered their questions. They went to the residential area to verify the registration. Finally, the police let the Ms. Liu's son go after the teacher vouched for him. The police also said to the teacher: “We will look for you if there is any issue in the future.”

After his mother's disappearance, Ms. Liu Pincai's son was left at home alone. The whole experience traumatized him, especially after he learned that his mother was arrested. He was afraid of more encounters with the police, so he did not dare go to school.

The Dandong 610 Office poisons people

Since the second half of 2011, under instruction from the Dandong 610 Office, the 610 Offices, comprehensive administration offices, and police departments in all towns and districts in the Dandong area ordered all town governments, village committees, district committees, and police stations to go from door to door and deceive the people into signing “promise cards” (not to practice Falun Gong) prepared by the Chinese Communist Party. Regardless of whether they reside in towns or rural villages, any low-income family who refused to sign the “promise cards” would have their financial stipends suspended. At the same time, these personnel tried to force known Falun Gong practitioners to sign the three statements to give up practicing Falun Gong. The authorities threatened that they would send those who “refuse to cooperate” to brainwashing centers.
