(Minghui.org) A trial was originally scheduled on June 13, 2012, at 3 p.m. for Falun Gong practitioners Chen Xuzhong, Yu Chenghong, Liu Zhiping at the District Court of Jinchuan, Jinchang City, Gansu Province. But before the trial began, the court suddenly announced it was canceled.
The Court didn't explain why the trial had been canceled. It just stated: “The decision came from higher authorities.” It was generally understood that the cancellation was due to the local people having deep concerns about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. On the day of the trial, at about 2 p.m., many people went to the Court to attend the trial.
Chen Xuzhong's mother and the defending lawyer arrived at the court at about 3 p.m. The court clerk said they had just received notice that Chen Xuzhong's case had been canceled. The decision came from higher authorities. The lawyer said: “We travelled thousands of miles and now you are telling me the case was canceled? You've really wasted my time.”
The court clerk told them she would keep them posted of the next court date. She also stressed that attendees must bring their identification cards in order to enter the courtroom.
The court's abrupt cancellation of the trial appeared to be a direct result of fear that local people would learn the truth.
The people who came to hear the trial waited outside the court and would not leave. At about 5 p.m., a group of police in two vehicles came out from the courthouse grounds. These police officers were recognized by the local people to be from the Guangzhou Road Police Station. They had been hiding in the office building of the court prior to the trial.
When Li Xuhe, Captain of the National Security Brigade, came out of the court, a person recognized him, and loudly warned him: “You'd better not do these bad deeds against good people.” Li grumbled: “I didn't want to do it but pressure came from above.” Li then asked: “Who told you to come here for the trial?” The locals said: “You did. It's clearly written on the bulletin boards in the hall of the court.”
Recently, a series of persecutory attacks against Falun Gong practitioners in Jinchang City resulted in the arrest of seven practitioners whose houses were also ransacked. Additionally, practitioner Wang Shushen's school was forced to close due to the arrests, directly causing an economic loss of approximately 100,000 yuan. Li Xuhe has participated fully in these heinous acts of persecution.

This person has been involved persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, and is also actively engaged in slandering Falun Gong by organizing propaganda exhibitions in the Bureau of Justice.
Gu Changshou: Male, Han nationality, born in December 1959, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. In 2002, he was Director of the District Court of Jinzhouin. In 2008, he was the Attorney General of the Prosecutor's Office in Jinchuan. In 2012, he became Deputy Procurator of Jinchang City. He has also participated in sentencing Falun Gong practitioners. Wang Yonggang: a former Inspector of the Prosecutor's Office in Jinchuan. From 2002 to 2003, he was involved in the prosecution of several Falun Gong practitioners. He later became Director of the District Court of Jinzhou. In 2008, he unlawfully sentenced Falun Gong practitioners Wang Yumei and Li Xia. He has been included on the long list of evil people, and the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong has issued two notices to investigate him.
