Li Guiping, female, was born in August 1957. She is an employee of the Hubei Province Arts and Crafts Foreign Trade Company. She is an earnest and diligent worker, and is recognized as a model employee by coworkers and superiors throughout the company. Her company rewarded her hard work by sending her on a trip to Hong Kong. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1998, and has conducted herself according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and strives to be an even better person.

These past 13 years, this kind person has been sentenced to forced labor camp twice, detained three times, imprisoned twice, taken to brainwashing centers five times and injected with unknown drugs multiple times. She was taken once again to the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center in Jianghan District, where she suffered a mental breakdown and subjected to unknown drug administration.

The following summary briefly describes the persecution suffered by Ms. Li.

At the time, her neighbors in the same building came out and attempted to resist the arrest. They pleaded in tears to the authorities on her behalf, “She is such a kind person and a weak lady. Her husband has already passed away.” The authorities still took her away while her neighbors shed tears.
