(Minghui.org) I discovered a problem after meeting with a practitioner. This practitioner was persecuted by the old forces in a subtle way and did not realize it. The practitioner did the three things on a daily basis, but they were done in a superficial manner. For example, he couldn't pay attention when studying the Fa, and would often fall asleep when studying. The old forces arranged for the practitioner to cultivate on the surface. The more microscopic portion of this practitioner, the part him that did not conform to the Fa standard, was sectioned off by some elements. The practitioner was not aware or allowed to affect the portion that was sectioned off, and this created an illusion that he was cultivating and helping Teacher with Fa-rectification.
After seeing this, I realized it was my responsibility to share this with the practitioner. As soon as I pointed out the subtlety of the persecution, I saw the old forces elements behind the practitioner. The elements were not revealed until I exposed the arrangement by the old forces. The practitioner said that he felt a thick cover over his head.
I thought about the lives who came in contact with this Dafa practitioner and how they should have the opportunity of obtaining salvation. Therefore, I clarified the truth to the elements. I kindly said to the lives who participated in the old forces' arrangements, “Whether you are visible or not, have had a karmic relationship with this practitioner in the past or in another realm of the cosmos and came here to settle previous debts, or are utilizing the karmic debts based on your understanding to help this practitioner cultivate, I would not get involved if we were in another time period. However, the cosmos is undergoing the process Fa-rectification, and all living beings are repositioning themselves according to their attitudes toward Fa-rectification. This practitioner has been selected by Dafa to assist Master in Fa-rectification. Anyone who makes arrangements for this practitioner is creating a negative effect, is interfering, and is committing a crime against Fa-rectification. There is nothing as big as Fa-rectification in the history of the universe. It transcends the exaltation of an individual's life. Of course, no life has committed the crime of truly interfering with Fa-rectification. Such a crime is beyond the wisdom and the comprehension of the lives of the old universe. But if you insist on doing what you want, and do not listen to the kind advice of a Dafa practitioner, in the end you still won't get what you want and you won't be able to settle any debts. Moreover, you, and the lives that are associated with you, will enter a frightening situation. If you can understand the compassion of Dafa, let go of your karmic debts from the past, follow the Fa-rectification process, and not cause any negative effect, then you and the lives that are connected to you will enter a wonderful future; a new universe created by Dafa. It is something the old universe's lives are unable to imagine. Lives in the new universe live forever. I truly hope that you can cherish this sacred opportunity and become immortals.”
Right away the practitioner felt that the cover over his head disappeared, but there was still a ring around his head. I sensed that the elements had not completely understood what I said, or maybe it was because I had not reached the standard of the Fa. Subconsciously, I still wanted to do something positive for the practitioner. Then the elements sent me their thoughts, “You have studied the Fa well, and have good enlightenment quality.” I replied from the bottom of my heart, “I don't want to hear that, even though I know you really meant it. I would rather hear that you have completely understood my words. I hope you and the lives associated with you can treasure this opportunity and enter the future. I do not wish to see you in a terrible situation. My wish for you is to obtain salvation.”
Now the ring around the practitioner's head was gone. I was glad that these lives made the correct choice. I sensed, at my level, Master's compassion and appreciation toward living beings! I realized that there are no selfish thoughts in the realm of compassion. What I experienced was a sense of responsibility to guide living beings into the future. That type of compassion is beyond the compassion that lives from the old universe understand, because their compassion contains elements of selfishness.
There was something I had never been able to understand ever since I began to cultivate, “When the old universe created lives, why are these lives then eliminated? Why must lives face a miserable process of being destroyed?” I felt sorry, helpless, and speechless when I saw lives during the Fa-rectification process being eliminated or lives, that did not cherish the opportunity of obtaining salvation, destroyed. Now I have the following understanding, “The characteristics of the old universe are selfish. This determined the process of the old universe and the lives within it – formation-stasis-degeneration-destruction.” In order to avoid “formation-stasis-degeneration-destruction,” lives must let go of the “self,” selfishness, and the old universe's characteristics, to assimilate to Dafa and reach the realm of “selflessness” and “non-self.”
Now I have a new understanding of Master's Fa-rectification. Master did not wish to see lives ending up in a dreadful situation, therefore He brought the Fa that created all things, and endured everything for us in order to create an incomparably wonderful new universe that is immortal. I'm unable to express the infinite amount of forbearance Master has had to endure, for it is beyond our imagination and wisdom, and human words are unable to describe it. We should truly cherish it!
