Solemn Declaration
I was illegally arrested in 2011 by officers from the 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division. The police interrogated me using torture, but I did not give in. They then commanded several traitors to persuade me to give up Falun Dafa and convert to Buddhism, and threatened that I would be given a heavy sentence if I didn't. Because of my fear and attachment to time, I compromised and wrote the three statements that let down Dafa and Teacher. I felt deep remorse and disgust for what I had done.
After I returned home, I realized my human attachment with the help of other practitioners, and that I should not believe any of the evil's lies.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will study the Fa well, do the three things well, save more sentient beings, and make up for the loss I've caused Dafa.”

Solemn Declaration
I studied abroad and found a job at a local international airport. I needed to get a pass to the terminals at work. I was told to provide a certificate of a non-criminal record in China. When my family in China asked the local police department to issue a certificate for me, the officers demanded that they prove that I was not a Falun Gong practitioner. They would not issue a certificate for me if I was. My family guaranteed that I did not practice Falun Gong without checking with me. The police department then issued a certificate that said that I was not a Falun Gong practitioner.
I declare: “The guarantee my family made in my name and the certificate issued by the police department are null and void. I will do the three things well.”
