(Minghui.org) I began to cultivate in Dafa in 1999, and I have been following Master and doing the three things well since then. With Master’s merciful protection and fellow practitioners’ care and support, I have been able to clarify the truth to people face to face since 2003 and deliver truth-clarification materials, including the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs, to people.
During the past dozen years, while assisting Master to save sentient beings in this complicated environment, I have grown more mature in my personal cultivation. As Master pushes Fa-rectification forward, the situation is changing. We can all see that sentient beings are gradually waking up from the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) propaganda and lies. Those who have understood the truth are waiting for us to save them.
I met a couple who were street vendors. I approached them and took out the truth-clarification pamphlets. I told them, “I want to give you these to look at. They’ll bring you good luck.” The couple happily took the pamphlets.
Realizing the pamphlets were about Falun Dafa, as if they had already known the truth, one of them said, “We joined the Communist Party and its Youth League, but don’t know how to quit.” I told them, “It’s very simple. I’ll help you. Just use a pseudonym or your real names. If you truly want to quit and remember that Falun Dafa is good, you will be protected.”
They both confirmed that they wanted to quit. One of them said, “You’re such a noble person. We’re so lucky to have met you today: You've helped us quit the evil CCP.” They thanked me repeatedly.
One day, I gave pamphlets to six people chatting at a table. One of them looked at the pamphlet and immediately pointed to the person sitting next to him, saying to me, “Give him one quickly. He’s a stubborn long-term Party member. We’ve all quit but him. Recently, his family has experienced some misfortune; his mother is sick and can’t take care of herself. Help him quit now.”
That man then said, “Quickly, help me quit. I don’t want to be a part of this poisonous Party anymore. It’s harmed me tremendously.” He looked as if he regretted being the last one to quit the CCP.
This incident reinforced for me the importance of my responsibility to save sentient beings, as well as how limited time is now.
I met a group of young people who were drinking tea by the roadside. I went up and gave them the pamphlets. One of them shouted out after reading the pamphlet, “Falun Dafa is good! Long live Falun Dafa!” Soon after that, he began to condemn the evil CCP.
Knowing that it was a predestined relationship that brought us together, I further clarified the facts to the group. After learning the truth, they immediately agreed to quit the CCP and its youth organizations. Their facial expressions told me that they had hope and felt grateful to Dafa.
I always carry truth-clarifying materials with me everywhere I go. I give them to all who have predestined relationships with me. After I had given all of my materials away one day, an old man walked toward me smiling. I immediately knew that he was predestined to be saved. Luckily, I found one more set of materials in my pocket.
Holding the materials, I told him, “Take the materials and faithfully say, ‘Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ It’ll protect you.” Taking the materials, he began to repeat what I'd told him. As I clarified the truth to him, he interrupted me and told me that he had been a CCP member for a long time and that he was willing to quit the CCP with his real name. As we parted, he turned around, waved to me and thanked me many times.
I sometimes carry Shen Yun DVDs with me and give them to people if the occasion is right. After I gave a DVD to a man on the street one day, he asked, “Where did you get the DVD?” I replied, “Hong Kong.” He then asked, “Do you have relatives in Hong Kong?” I said, “Yes.” Indicating that he was an official, he then asked, “In what year did they immigrate there? Was it me who processed their paperwork?”
I said, “You must be the head of the police department and a longtime CCP member.” He replied, “Yes.” I then asked, “Have you heard that Heaven will eliminate the CCP and about withdrawing from the Party for your safety?” He smiled but did not respond. I added, “Have you quit the CCP?” He asked, “Who would help people like me to quit?” I told him, “Let me help you then.” He smiled and said, “Thank you! Please help me quit the CCP.”
When I gave another person a Shen Yun DVD, he told me that he was a bank manager. He said that he often had many friends visit him at his house and asked me to give him the DVD with the best resolution. He said that he would tell all of his friends to come over and watch Shen Yun. He gave me his address and invited me to stop by and tell his friends the facts about Dafa.
A journalist once saw me with Shen Yun DVDs. He asked for several copies so that he could give them to his friends. He said, “I watched a Shen Yun DVD from last year. The show is of very high quality. The backdrops are splendid and marvelous. The artists are very beautiful. The entire show is grand and magnificent. Falun Gong is truly great!” He told me that he loved watching the Shen Yun performance and said that his eyesight had improved after watching it. He repeated, “Falun Gong is truly magnificent!”
When I gave a DVD to a person passing by on the street, he looked at it and said, “Falun Gong!” I quickly told him about the beauty of Dafa and introduced Shen Yun to him. After I finished, he said, “Do you know who I am? I work at the police station!”
I responded, “Then you should know the truth! Watch how Falun Gong teaches people to be good; learn what kind of people Falun Gong practitioners are. We practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. It is Heaven's law that being good is rewarded and being bad is punished!” He said, “I’ll do a good deed today. I won’t arrest you.” After saying that, he left.
It was just like what Master said:
“Lives are rescued, minds gradually awakened Waking, police and citizens cease to obstruct” (“Glimpses of Goodness” from Hong Yin III)
When I distributed the Nine Commentaries , I met a person who questioned me angrily, “Who has the credentials to comment about the Communist Party?!” I calmly told him, “Look back at its past and see if it has done anything wrong. Does it require any credentials?” Hearing that, he knew he was in the wrong and left quickly.
After giving truth-clarification materials to a woman and explaining the facts to her, she happily quit the CCP. When I saw her again, she told me excitedly, “I would like to thank Master Li, who has mercifully given me a healthy body and helped my family avoid spending a large amount of money on my medical bills.”
It turned out that on the very day I told her the truth about Falun Gong and she quit the CCP, she was on her way to the hospital to get her uterus removed. However, the doctors could no longer find the tumor they had previously diagnosed her with.
I have met various people and heard countless stories while clarifying the truth. It is impossible for me to write every one of them down here.
Master said:
“That really is the case. There has been a great deal of groundwork done in advance. All that’s missing is your carrying things out with righteous thoughts. Yet you haven’t had the righteous thoughts that it takes.” (“Dafa Disciples Must Study the Fa - Fa Teaching Given at the 2011 Washington DC Metro Area Fa Conference”)
Master also said:
“Cultivation depends on one’s own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one’s master.” (Zhuan Falun)
Master is actually the one who is saving sentient beings and helping us to clarify the truth. As long as we have the will, Master will help us find the way!
Fellow practitioners, time is running out. Please, let's put aside our fear and other attachments, proudly clarify the truth to sentient beings, do the three things well as expected by Master, and fulfill the vows that we made during prehistoric times. Let us not fall short of Master’s merciful salvation and sentient beings' expectations, so as to reach consummation and go home with Master!
