Cancer Cured after Believing that Falun Dafa is Good

(Minghui.org) During a hot summer day in southern China one sees fewer people walking by the river these days. But, I still go out to tell people the facts about Falun Dafa and distribute truth clarification materials after dinner.

One day, when walking along the river, I saw a man sitting on the river bank, enjoying the view. I stopped to talk to him. He was polite and friendly, so we soon talked about Falun Dafa. I told him that quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organization could save his life. I also told him to remember, especially when there is danger, to repeat the words “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He responded, “A lady told me about Falun Gong three years ago. She advised me to recite these two sentences every day. I believed her and have recited these words ever since.”

Meeting someone whose life was saved three years ago

After the man told me that his surname was Cao, it jogged my memory about something that had happened three years ago.

At that time, when I walked along the riverside, I saw a very skinny man sitting on a bench. He stared at the river, looked worried, depressed and hopeless. I approached him and asked him if he was alright. I asked him, “Is there anything I can do to help?” His face showed a glimmer of comfort and told me that he was diagnosed with cancer and that it is in the advanced stages. He said: “I am not retired yet and have not reported to work for more than one year. I don't get paid if I don't work. I used up my savings of 20,000 yuan for medical expenses. Without money, I cannot get medical treatment and my condition has gotten worse. I now live from day to day.”

My heart felt his pain. I told him that only quitting the CCP and sincerely reciting 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' can save him. I went on to say: “The CCP does not care for the Chinese people and government officials are corrupt. They will cheat anyone when it comes to money. They commit adultery and other crimes for personal gain. Since the CCP came to power it has killed more than 80 million Chinese and triggered several political movements. Remember the Tiananmen Square massacre of June 4, 1989. And more recently, they have persecuted Falun Dafa, staged the Tiananmen Square self immolation incident and harvest organs for profit from living practitioners. A large rock in Guizhou Province is inscribed with the words 'heaven will destroy the CCP.' Whoever supports the party will go down with it. More than 100 million people in our country have already quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.”

This man said: “I only wore the red scarf when I joined the Young Pioneers. Please help me to quit.”

I told the man that my Master would protect him and his illnesses would be cured without spending a penny as long as he believed “Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” Feeling hopeful, he thanked me a lot.” I said to him: “If you want to express your appreciation, then thank my Master. Master Li lets me save you.” He then said: “Thank you Master Li!” When walking away, he frequently turned his head and waved to me.

This was the same man that I met three years ago. I did not recognize him because he had changed so much. He looked healthy and his smile was sincere. He said: “If I remember correctly, you are the person who saved me. I have never forgotten you. I am still working. I eat well and sleep well. No doubt about it. Falun Dafa is good! I have told everyone that my cancer was cured by Falun Dafa.”

I encouraged him to continue reciting the Falun Dafa words and promised to send him a copy of Zhuan Falun. He smiled happily and his face was aglow with the sign of hope.
