Some Thoughts on Eradicating Brainwashing Centers

(Minghui.org) A number of brainwashing centers are located in Heilongjiang Province, including the QingLongShan Brainwashing Center in Jiansanjiang. Lawyers are needed to represent practitioners who were or are still being held there, start the legal process, and sue those in charge and others who have been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in an official capacity.

All the practitioners in the province forming one body to send forth righteous thoughts will eliminate evil beings and thus wipe out the brainwashing centers.

The government agencies that to be targeted include Procuratorates, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, local Chinese Communist Party committees, administrative units, the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Supervision Bureau, and police departments.

To save more people we should continue to hand out pamphlets and brochures, put up posters, make phone calls, send multimedia messages and text messages, and clarify the truth about Falun Gong face-to-face.

The overseas media, telephone truth clarification groups, and international justice and human rights organizations can support the Falun Gong practitioners in Heilongjiang to shut down the province-wide brainwashing centers and prepare for a breakthrough in China to stop the persecution by brainwashing.

Brainwashing Centers in Heilongjiang and Individuals in Charge

The brainwashing centers in Heilongjiang Province are located in different areas, mainly in QingLongShan in Jiansanjiang, Wuchang, Liulu in Qitaihe City, Hegang, Yichun City, Mishan City, Jixi City, Shuangyashan City, Daqing City, Mudanjiang City, Qiqihar City, Jiangbei in Harbin, and Zhangjiu in Harbin.

They were set up by Gu Songhai, deputy chief of a section with the 610 Office, in conjunction with local 610 Offices. Gu urged the local Political and Legal Affairs Committees and 610 Offices to continue arresting Falun Gong practitioners and detaining them in brainwashing centers if he noticed that there were no practitioners in a brainwashing center. He himself actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners and pressured them to renounce their beliefs.

Next Steps

As the legal process gets underway, our ultimate goal will be bringing Gu Songhai and the Heilongjiang Political and Legal Affairs Committee to justice. There is an urgent need for practitioners who were held in the brainwashing centers to compile their experiences and upload them to the Minghui website in a timely manner.

Details are essential, including government agencies and their affiliations, and the name, gender, age, employer, business unit, department, position, home address, cell number, and home phone number of all individuals involved.

It is also important to describe the tactics used in the brainwashing center, an individual's physical characteristics, what they said, their expressions and behaviors, the location of the brainwashing center, and its atmosphere and surrounding environment so that others can gain a better understanding of the seriousness of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party and the 610 Offices.

It is critical for practitioners in the entire province to gather the facts and details on how Gu Songhai has persecuted practitioners, his personal information, and information on his family.

Practitioners are asked to gather information on the individuals who worked or are working at the brainwashing centers, who arrested practitioners, and who conspired behind the scenes. Please include their behavior, phone numbers, family information, friends' phone numbers, their employers, and home addresses.

Practitioners who were held in the brainwashing centers are encouraged to describe how their lives improved after practicing Falun Gong. Let more people become aware that the Chinese Communist Party and its followers have been persecuting good people who follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, so that they will make the right choice between good and evil.

These lawyers have been paying close attention to practitioners' cultivation and their families' attitudes. They are very supportive of our efforts to talk directly with the practitioners affected and their family members, in order to help them forget their negative experience in the brainwashing center and thus move forward.

The lawyers emphasized that the deviant talk and behavior of some practitioners as a result of being persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party is insignificant from a legal perspective. The lawyers also hope that we can truly understand and care about the practitioners who returned from that environment. We should not complain about them or push them away.

It is hoped that more practitioners in the province can hire lawyers to sue the brainwashing centers, whether or not practitioners are being held in them. This will improve the overall outcome of eliminating the evil beings, eradicating the brainwashing centers, improving as one body, and saving more sentient beings.

Shutting down the brainwashing centers across the country is a collaborative effort, and the attorneys have offered some ideas to help the victims and others to provide information on the brainwashing centers and the individuals who were involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. They are willing to provide legal assistance and moral support to the victims.

In order to improve as one body and save more people, fellow practitioners are asked to put together all the related facts, feedback, and suggestions in a timely fashion.
