(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 11 cities or counties in 7 provinces. According to this report, 11 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 10 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Meihekou City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Quanwu Detained

Mr. Liu Quanwu, about 70, was arrested by officers from the Meihekou City Domestic Security Division and the Xinghua County Police Station on November 10, 2013. He was taken to a detention center.

Mr. Zhang Wei, Ms. Yang Qiu, Ms. Xiaofang, and Ms. Yang were arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Yananjie Police Station on December 24, 2013.

3. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xue Lei Arrested

Ms. Xue Lei was arrested at home on December 24, 2013.

5. [Huizhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Wei's Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Li Wei was arrested by officers from the Henanan Police Station in Huizhou City on September 30, 2013. His whereabouts are unknown.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Yuhua Detained

Ms. Zhang Yuhua was arrested on December 17, 2013. She is being held at the No. 1 Detention Center in Beijing.

7. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Bo Weiquan and his wife Ms. Yang Lixia, along with Ms. Huang Yinying and Mr. Zeng Huantao, were arrested in Xingning City on the afternoon of November 24, 2012.

The Mei County Court, Procuratorate, and police department held a trial on the morning of January 29, 2013. On March 29, 2013, Mr. Bo and Mr. Zeng was sentenced to four-year prison terms, and Ms. Huang and Ms. Yang, to two-year prison terms. Mr. Bo and Mr. Zeng were then taken to the Guangdong Province No. 3 Prison. Ms. Huang and Ms. Yang were taken to the Guangdong Province Women's Prison.

8. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Chen Feiqiu and Ms. Zou Duanqiu Detained

Ms. Chen Feiqiu and Ms. Zou Duanqiu were arrested by Dai Wenming, an officer from the local police station, on December 22, 2013, while they were talking to people about Falun Gong and the persecution. They are being held at the Pingjiang Detention Center.

9. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Binglin and Mr. Zhu Yanbo Arrested

Mr. Wang Binglin and Mr. Zhu Yanbo were arrested by officers from the Gushan Police Station on the afternoon of December 24, 2013. Their homes were ransacked. Mr. Wang was taken to the Donggang City Detention Center, but was refused by the center due to displaying hypertension and heart disease. He was released that evening. Mr. Zhu was later taken to the Dandong Detention Center.

10.[Maanshan City, Anhui Province] Two Practitioners Detained

Ms. Yang Yuping, Ms. Tao Chunfang, and another practitioner were arrested by officers from the 610 Office and the Yuhua District Police Station in Maanshan City on the morning of December 22, 2013, while distributing information about Falun Gong and the persecution. Officers ransacked their homes. Ms. Yang and Ms. Tao are being held at the Maanshan City Detention Center.

11. [Jianyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Zhi Taken to the Erehu Brainwashing Center

Ms. Li Zhi, in her forties, was arrested at her workplace by officers, including Xie Feng from the Jiancheng Town Comprehensive Management Office, on November 21, 2013. She was taken to the Erehu Brainwashing Center.
