Additional Information about Mr. Wang Zhili's Arrest

(Minghui.org) Mr. Wang Zhili was one of 20 Falun Dafa practitioners from Shandong Province arrested on April 4, 2014, by officers from Xiazhuang and Jiangzhuang Town Police Stations and the Gaomi City Domestic Security Division.

The police, who were waiting for him outside of his house, arrested him at around 5 p.m. They pushed him down and took his house key. His neighbors witnessed the incident and said, “Don't arrest him. He is simply making a living installing satellite receivers.”

The officers confiscated a desktop computer, a laptop, a printer, satellite receivers, 9,250 yuan in cash, and other personal belongings.

He was taken to the Jiangzhuang Town Police Station and held overnight.

Mr. Wang, in his 30s, is from Lixian Village in Jiangzhuangzhen Town. He lives alone after his parents passed away two years ago. He was disabled by an explosion at work ten years ago. He was seriously injured and bedridden. Practicing Falun Dafa restored some muscular and nerve function. He is able to take care of himself now, although he still cannot talk or walk very well.

Other Practitioners Arrested

Seven practitioners from Gaomi Ciy and two from Qingdao were also arrested on April 4, 2014. They were:

• Mr. Qin Songfa (秦松发) from Gaomi • Ms. Xu Xiuzhen (徐秀珍) from Gaomi • Mr. Shan Yicheng (单亦成) from Gaomi • Ms. Jing Xiuling (荆秀玲) from Gaomi • Ms. Xu Li (徐丽) from Gaomi • Mr. Du Qihai (杜启海) from Gaomi • Liu Wenming (刘文明) from Gaomi • Mr. Zhang Menglei (张孟雷) from Qingdao • Ms. Chen Guangxia (陈广霞) from Qingdao

Officers in five police cars went to Ms. Jing's house at around 4:00 p.m. on April 4. They forced their way in and arrested her, Mr. Zhang, and Ms. Chen.

Mr. Qin Songfa, Ms. Xu Xiuzhen, and Ms. Xu Li

Officers broke into Mr. Qin's house and arrested Mr. Qin; his wife, Ms. Xu Xiuzhen; and his niece, Ms. Xu Li. They also took away his mentally ill daughter, who doesn't practice Falun Dafa.

Three plainclothes officers later went to Ms. Xu Li's house and ransacked it. When her father got home at about 5:00 p.m, he thought they were burglars because the lock on the door was broken. When he asked what they were doing, they showed him a document from the 610 Office. They confiscated all Dafa-related materials.
