(Minghui.org) Police officers have been forcibly collecting blood and DNA samples, as well as fingerprints, from Falun Gong practitioners in multiple provinces in China since April 2014, with Liaoning and Guizhou seeing the most cases.

In Dandong, Liaoning, the police has taken blood samples and fingerprints of 16 practitioners since July.

While collecting their blood samples, some policemen revealed that the practitioners' medical information would be put into a database. Furthermore, these practitioners were only the first batch, and the “higher-ups” have ordered the collection of such information from all local practitioners.

Similar events took place in many other cities in Liaoning Province, including Panjin, Dalian, Anshan, Shenyang, and Benxi.

The state-sanctioned organ harvesting from non-consenting living Falun Gong practitioners in China is a known fact internationally. Such alarming actions suggest possible escalation of the atrocities.

Below are their accounts:

Six officers from Liudaogou Police Station broke into Ms. Wei Liming's (魏丽明) home and arrested her on September 5, in their third attempt to reach her.

At the police station, the officers collected her fingerprints and forcibly withdrew blood from her.

An officer said to her: “You are only in the first batch. We've received an order that all Falun Gong practitioners will have to submit their information for a database.”

Three officers from Xianwei Police Station visited Ms. Li Yuqiu (李玉秋) on August 27, asking her to submit fingerprints at the police station.

Ms. Li's husband told them: “She is not at home. Even if she is home, she won't go with you.” The police then left. However, when they came back again on August 29 and September 2, her husband didn't open the door.

Director of Baiqi Town Police Station Jiang Jun and an officer broke into Ms. Zhao Zhiju's (赵志菊) home on August 20, and tried to force her to submit her fingerprints. Ms. Zhao questioned them about the use of the information.

Jiang replied: “My supervisor instructed me that it's mandatory for Falun Gong practitioners to submit their fingerprints. If you don't, we will take you to the police station and you still have to do it.”

Ms. Zhao resisted, but Jiang forcibly took her hand and collected her fingerprints and blood samples.

Another practitioner Ms. Tang Shurong (唐淑荣) had been staying with her older son at Shenyang. But in late August, her son suddenly sent her back to Dandong, without any explanation. Shortly after that, the police broke into her home and collected blood samples from her.

Later Ms. Zhao Zhiju recalled that while talking to Jiang at her home, she noticed he had a form with Ms. Tang's name on it.

In mid-August, deputy director of Hongqi Town Police Station Li Guofeng and another police officer broke into Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Dong Junfa's (董钧发) home. They collected Mr. Dong's blood and his fingerprints. When asked the reason for doing this, the police told Mr. Dong that they were carrying out orders from above.

Officer Guo Feng from Fenghuangcheng Police Station collected blood samples and fingerprints from Mr. Ju Shimiao (鞠世淼), Mr. Ye Zhigang (叶志刚), Ms. Sun Zhongqin (孙忠琴), Ms. Yin Yuxin (尹玉欣), and Mr. Zhang Shuqing (张树清), also in mid-August, saying they are collecting such samples from “key Falun Gong practitioners” according to an order from “higher-ups.” Mr. Ju's cell phone number was also recorded.

Police officers from Fenghuangcheng Police Station phoned Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Zhang Qinggui (张庆贵) and Ms. Wu Juan (吴娟) several times in late July, asking them to go to the police station to have their blood samples taken.

Mr. Zhang refused to cooperate, so the police went to his workplace and forcibly took his blood sample and fingerprints.

Ms. He Ping (赫平) reported a similar encounter. Police officers from Fengshan Police Station also called her and asked her to go to the police station. She didn't go, so the police went to the store she owned, and collected her fingerprints and blood sample. The police claimed it was a “special task” from the Provincial Public Security Department.

Ms. Li Jie's (李杰) home was broken into by officer Ni Chengmin (倪成民) from Lanqi Town Police Station in July. She refused to let them take her fingerprints.

Ms. Gu Liying (古丽英) reported that officer Liu Yuzhu from Toudao Police Station went to her mother's home and obtained her cellphone number. Liu called Ms. Gu multiple times and asked her to come to the station to register her information.

Ms. Gu refused to go. Liu then went to her workplace and threatened her manager that “if she doesn't cooperate, we will take her by force.”
