Additional Persecution News from China – September 20, 2015 (Part I, 9 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 5 provinces. According to this report, 1 Falun Gong practitioners was subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 12 were illegally arrested, the whereabouts of 1 is unknown, and 1 was detained for suing Jiang Zemin.

1. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Two Practitioners Detained

Ms. Chen Fengjun, her non-practitioner husband Mr. Yi Fei, and their son were arrested at home by officers from the Fuyuanlu Police Station, Industrial Park. The police ransacked their home and confiscated a computer, a printer, some supplies, and about 10,000 yuan in cash. Mr. Zhang Muqing, who was visiting Ms. Chen, was also arrested.

Ms. Chen's husband and son were held in custody for 24 hours before being released. Ms. Chen and Mr. Zhang are being held in the Yongxing Detention Center.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Huiqin Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Wang Huiqin from Anqiu City was arrested on September 10, 2015. She is being detained in the Liujiayao Brainwashing Center.

3. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ning Dongmei Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Ning Dongmei was arrested by Guo Xudong and other officers from the Suiling County Domestic Security Division, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is being held in the Suiling County Administrative Detention Center.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chen Heliang and Ms. Chen Xiuling Arrested

Li Jingwen and officers from the Huanghua Town Police Station broke into Mr. Chen Heliang's home in Gedekuang Village and ransacked it on September 15, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa materials and a photo of the founder of Falun Gong.

They arrested Mr. Chen and his sister Ms. Chen Xiuling. At the police station, Mr. Chen was handcuffed to an iron chair, and his legs were tied with wire. The officers held his fingers down to forcibly obtain his fingerprints, and forced him to sign papers. Both practitioners were released the next morning.

5. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Zhilan Arrested

Ms. Liu Zhilan was arrested by 610 Office agents for telling people about Falun Gong in the Yidaoji area on September 19, 2015. The officers ransacked his home, and confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong and a music player.

6. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Shen Linghua Detained

Ms. Shen Linghua was arrested by officers from the Xingyang Domestic Security Division for telling people about Falun Gong in Xingyang City on September 7, 2015. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and other belongings. She is now in the Xingyang Detention Center.

7. [Wuhan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Lijun Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Wang Lijun, 51, was arrested by plainclothes officers at the Hankou Train Station exit on September 18, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.

8. [Yanling County, Henan Province] Mr. Xie Guoqiang Detained

Mr. Xie Guoqiang from Xindong Village, Zhangqiao Township, was transferred by officers from the Zhangqiao Township Police Station. She was taken from the Xuchang City Detention Center to the Yanling County Detention Center on September 19, 2015.

Mr. Ma Fujian from Guoli Town was arrested again by officers from the State Security Division on September 15, 2015.
