(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 3 provinces. According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 6 were illegally arrested.

1. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Mr. Liu Deyu Sentenced to a Five-Year Prison Term

1. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Mr. Liu Deyu Sentenced to a Five-Year Prison Term

Mr. Liu Deyu, 62, was arrested in December 2016 when he was distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. He was tried and sentenced to a five-year prison term by the Dongbao District Court on May 2, 2017.

Mr. Liu was taken to the Fanjiatai Prison on October 29, 2018.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Li Shuangli Detained

Mr. Li Shuangli is being held in the Tiangezhuang Detention Center, Fangshan District.

3. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Juxiang and Her Father Arrested

Ms. Wang Juxiang and her father were arrested at home in Wuxing Village, Jintai District, on November 21, 2018. The place was ransacked, and their whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Mr. Kong Shenglin Detained

Mr. Kong Shenglin from the Xian'an District was arrested by officers from the Yong'an Police Station when he was distributing information about Falun Gong on the morning of November 22, 2018.

Mr. Kong was taken to the Xian'an Detention Center.

Ms. Zhou Shanhui from Pengzhou City was arrested at home by the Pengzhou police on October 23, 2018. Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Dafa were confiscated.

6. [Beijing] Mr. Gao Arrested

Mr. Gao from the Changping District was arrested by officers from the Dongxiaokou Police Station on November 19, 2018.
