(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in 10 provinces. According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 19 were illegally arrested.

1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Gao Fengyun and Ms. Zhu Chunrong Arrested
Ms. Gao Fengyun was arrested on November 9, 2018. Ms. Zhu Chunrong, about 68, was arrested and held in the Yaziquan Detention Center.
2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Zhanjun Arrested
Ms. Wang Zhanjun from the Sijianfang area in the Luyuan District was arrested and taken to the Weizigou Detention Center. Her whereabouts are unknown.
3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Wang Shandi, his wife Ms. Qu Shuqing (in her 70s) from Changling Town, Zhuanghe City, were arrested at home by five officers from the Ronghuashan Police Station on the afternoon of November 16, 2018. Also arrested were Mr. Hua Jingyu and Mr. Sun Caizhang. The four practitioners had been studying the Falun Gong teachings together. Mr. Wang was taken home around 11 p.m.
4. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ma Enzhi and Ms. Wang Hong Detained
Ms. Ma Enzhi and Ms. Wang Hong were reported for distributing Falun Gong informational calendars. They were arrested by Xinbin Town Police Station officers who ransacked their homes. The women were held in the Fushun Detention Center for 10 days, and each was fined 1,000 yuan.
5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Gangli and Another Practitioner Arrested
Mr. Liu Gangli and another elderly practitioner with the last name Yang from the Tiexi District were arrested by four officers from the Baogong Street Police Station when they were talking to others about Falun Gong on the afternoon of November 16, 2018. They were photographed at the police station. Mr. Liu was handcuffed, and taken away for a physical exam. They were held in the police station for about seven hours. The police notified their families to take them home that evening.
6. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Xiaotuan Arrested
Practitioner Xiaotuan from Shawo Village, Tangfeng Town, was arrested on the evening of November 15, 2018. The police confiscated a computer and a printer. According to Xiaotuan's family, Xiaotuan has been taken to Hengshui City.
7. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Wang Ping, Ms. Zhan Xiufen, and Ms. Zhang Yan were arrested when they were talking to others about Falun Gong at a farmers market on the morning of November 15, 2018. They are being held in the Laizhou City Detention Center.
8. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jia Guanglin and Ms. Wang Xiang Detained
Mr. Jia Guanglin and Ms. Wang Xiang were arrested by plainclothes officers when they were talking to people about Falun Gong on November 15, 2018. They are being held in a detention center.
9. [Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Wang Xing Tortured in Prison
Mr. Wang Xing from the Guangfeng District was taken home from Yuzhang Prison by his family on October 9, 2018, after his three-year prison term ended. Mr. Wang was numb and stiff all over as a result of abuse he endured in the prison.
Mr. Wang was arrested at the Guangzhou East Railway Station on October 10, 2015, for filing a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist Party. He was taken back to Shangrao City and officially arrested on October 28, 2015. He was tried in the Guangfeng District Court on February 23, 2016, and sentenced to three years in prison. He was admitted to the prison on June 15, 2016.
10. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Yang Shengqing Arrested
Mr. Yang Shengqing was arrested by Wu Xiaolong and other officers from the Lunan Police Station at the end of October 2018. It was reported that Mr. Yang's wife was arrested earlier. She was released five days later and returned home to find that it had been ransacked. She then learned that her husband had been arrested.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Guangcai Detained
Mr. Zhang Guangcai from No. 1 Qili Village in the Hanyang District was recently arrested for preventing community members from displaying pictures that slandered Falun Dafa. His whereabouts are unknown. It was reported that Mr. Zhang had just been released from custody last month.
12. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Lu Jun Detained
Mr. Lu Jun from the Caidian District was arrested on his way home from work on the evening of November 15, 2018. He was reported for talking about Falun Gong and helping people withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party and its youth organizations. Officers from the Xiangjianqiao Police Station arrested him.
The officers gave Mr. Lu's cell phone, E-book, and other items to his wife. They told her that Mr. Lu would be detained for five days. Mr. Lu is being held in the Taojialing Detention Center in the Hanyang District.
13. [Luoding City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Cuizhen Arrested
Police officers pried opened Ms. Wang Cuizhen's home and ransacked it on November 16, 2018. They confiscated a printer, a computer, and Falun Dafa books and printed materials. Ms. Wang, in her 60s, was released due to poor health as a result of being persecuted over the years.
14. [Huaying City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Peng Shiqiong Taken to Prison
Ms. Peng Shiqiong from the Guang'an District was arrested on May 9, 2017. She was given a three-year prison term by the Huaying City Court in November 2017. She appealed, but the Guang'an City Court upheld the original verdict. She was taken to the No. 4 Ward, Chengdu Women's Prison, in October 2018.

15. [Yuzhong County, Gansu Province] Ms. Qi Zhaoshuang Detained
Ms. Qi Zhaoshuang from Heping Town was arrested by the Yuzhong County police when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on October 12, 2018. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and about 2,8000 yuan in cash. Ms. Qi was taken to the Yuzhong County Detention Center for 15 days of detention.
