(Minghui.org) I am from Iran and I started to practice Falun Dafa in 2015.

On a winter day, my cousin came to our house and brought me a copy of Zhuan Falun. She spoke to me about the goodness of her cultivation method.

Since I was not religious, did not have any religious belief, and was against any faith, it was hard for me to understand the content of the book. There was constant interference in my mind that prevented me from continuing on this path. I read and studied Zhuan Falun twice, but due to mental disturbance I did not continue.

Two years passed. Over the course of these two years, the three words of “Truthfulness,” “Compassion,” and “Tolerance” held my attention and did not leave my mind.

Finally, one day I decided to read the book seriously. I started reading Zhuan Falun again. I had a lot of questions in my mind, but they were answered one by one while reading the book. I used the content of Zhuan Falun as my life's guide and tried to cultivate my mind.

Things I Gained from Falun Dafa

I had many health issues: lumbar disc pain, severe knee arthritis, severe constipation, and back pain.

I was having a lot of pain and had to use many medications. I tried a variety of treatments, including expert physicians, herbal medicines, and even water therapy and yoga, but none of them could cure me.

By reading Zhuan Falun and doing the exercises, in a short time, all my ailments miraculously disappeared. Now I feel young at the age of 50 and full of energy and happiness.

I'm mentally more relaxed and complain less about injustice. I've come to a better understanding of the world. Previously, I thought that it was unfair that I had suffering and difficulties. Now, with the help of Master's teachings, I've learned that nothing is coincidental and I can understand the causes of my suffering and difficulties using the tool of looking inside. My view of things around me has completely changed.

Master said in Zhuan Falun, Lecture One:

“…there is such a principle in the universe: Ordinary human affairs, according to the Buddha School, all have predestined relationships. Birth, old age, illness, and death exist as such for ordinary people. Due to karma resulting from past wrongdoing, one has illnesses or tribulations; suffering is repaying a karmic debt, and thus nobody can casually change this.”

I am now doing my best in cultivating so that I can progress and be diligent.

Thanks to my great Master for His great mercy, and thanks to my friends who have helped me to make progress.
