(Minghui.org) A project may need practitioners with various capabilities. Some may play the lead role, some play supporting roles, and others may only be staff members. We all do our part to help the project succeed.

It doesn’t matter what each of us does or which role we play. A project requires a leader, so a suitable practitioner is given that position. There may be a number of supporting roles and positions which need to be filled by other practitioners. It doesn't matter what our backgrounds are, how capable we are, or which role we may feel is more suitable for us. What's important is the role the project needs us to play and how well we fulfill it. As long as we remember our goal and smoothly work together, the project will succeed and people will be saved.

Limited resources and personnel, the coordinator’s lack of ability, or xinxing issues may cause the project to not run smoothly. Everyone should completely let go of ego and contribute their strength to the success of the project, instead of focusing on deficiencies or stirring up conflicts and creating problems.

Some conflicts may be used by Master to see how we react, and some may be due to our own misunderstandings or notions. After all, we're still human beings and we're still eliminating attachments. So when problems surface, aren’t they tests to see whether we'll follow the Fa's principles or treat them with human thinking? Aren't these opportunities to truly cultivate ourselves and put the teachings into practice?

In the past I viewed other practitioners from my own perspective. It was easy to point fingers, and tensions surfaced. For example, I didn’t think this person was suitable for this role, I didn’t think something should be done a certain way, I thought I should get that position, etc. These personal selfish thoughts are not beneficial to the project. Our conflicts and misunderstandings can derail Dafa projects.

There are many stars in the sky, but I'm not always the most dazzling one. When the sun rises, one cannot see how brilliant the stars are. No matter how bright a star is, it will never outshine the sun, just like a practitioner can never compare with Dafa.

Didn't Master ask us to consider others first? One of the manifestations of this is to consider the needs of the project first, not the interests of the individual practitioner. The project will only succeed if we work as a team; it needs each of us to play a role and fully cooperate. We are all Dafa disciples. It doesn’t matter who plays which role. We should focus on working together to make better use of our resources, and coordinate so we can play a greater role and achieve the best results in saving people.

From the perspective of sentient beings waiting for salvation, all Dafa disciples are playing the lead role in saving them. Perhaps those practitioners who work behind the scenes and who are most willing to selflessly give of themselves are the ones who play the lead role in saving people.
