About 35 people, including the volunteers who organized the seminar, attended the seminars in both cities. They learned about Falun Dafa cultivation practice and how to do the exercises. Every day they watched one video lecture of Master Li Hongzhi explaining the principles of the cultivation practice of Falun Dafa. Volunteers then taught the exercises. The seminars were free of charge.

The Falun Dafa Seminar benefited everyone. The volunteers who organized it felt they were enriched and their cultivation levels raised. There were many people who were interested in the seminar and wanted to come, but couldn't, either because of lack of space or schedule conflicts. So the organizers have decided to repeat the seminar soon so that more people can learn this unique cultivation practice.
