1. [Yongqing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Ruiping Released on Bail
Ms. Wang Ruiping from Dongying Village, Hancun Township, was arrested by officers from the Hancun Township Police Station on August 8, 2018. She was held in the Langfang City Detention Center. She was officially arrested by the Yongqing County Procuratorate. She was released on bail and returned home on February 25, 2019.
2. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Feng Taken Into Custody
Ms. Chen Feng, from Shenxing Town, Mancheng District, was arrested by officers from the Jichang Police Station, Xishanbei Township, Yi County, on February 25, 2019. The officers took her bag. Without notifying her family, the officers took her to the Yi County Detention Center.

3. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Mr. Zhu Yaming, 75, Taken Into Custody Again
Mr. Zhu Yaming, 75, a retired teacher, was again arrested at home in Kunming Agricultural University by officers from the Xishan District Domestic Security Division and the Liangyuan Police Station on January 24, 2019. He was held in the Kunming City No. 1 Detention Center.

Mr. Yin Xianzhang was arrested by local police on February 18, 2019.
