(Minghui.org) I am a housewife. To help people understand the facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution, I've been mailing truth-clarification materials along with handwritten letters for 19 years now. I have also written six letters to various government departments about the peaceful appeal of April 25, 1999. Thanks to Master's protection, I have been doing this safely without any issues.

When the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published, I also mailed it out to people with a letter. A practitioner once told me that her neighbor had said that the letter was well-written and that she had kept the booklet. Another time, I saw a package outside a door in a building. The booklet was gone, and only the letter was left in the package. These two scenes encouraged me greatly.

When I first began mailing the informational materials, I would mail five or six letters in the morning and ask another practitioner to mail more in the afternoon since the post boxes were collected twice a day.

After doing this for two weeks, the practitioner and I realized that someone was following us. I then distributed my letters to many practitioners and posted some myself until September 2012, when high-resolution cameras were installed across the intersections of the streets and around the post boxes. I decided to mail the letters by myself and stopped asking other practitioners for help.

The post office also changed their rules regarding stamp sales after the persecution of Falun Dafa began on July 20, 1999. Each person was only allowed to buy 20 stamps at a time, and they were questioned about the purpose of buying the stamps. However, people were allowed to buy unlimited stamps without being questioned during the Chinese New Year. So, I would use this time to buy a lot of stamps to use during the entire year.

I posted letters to local judicial departments, the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, communities, prisons, detention centers, and village government officials. I also sent letters to practitioners who according to Minghui were in urgent need of help.

I wrote letters to newly appointed government officials at the local level, including at the Domestic Security Division and police stations. I also wrote letters to practitioners in prison before the Chinese New Year.

I wrote every letter with sincerity, as if I were talking to the person face to face. My letters were to the point and carried positive energy. When I was impatient, my handwriting was sloppy, so I would rewrite the letter.

Before going out to mail the letters, I would send out a thought for those who will read my letter to have kind thoughts and be saved. On my way to the post boxes, I often recite Master's Fa:

“The cultivator’s mindis loaded with FaSend righteous thoughts, and rotten demons explodeGods walk the earth, validating the Fa” (“What's to Fear?”, Hong Yin Vol. II)

“What's important for cultivators is righteous thoughts. When you have strong righteous thoughts, you are able to withstand anything and do anything. That's because you are a cultivator: someone who is on a divine path and who is not controlled by the factors of ordinary people or low-level principles.” (Teaching the Fa in the City of Los Angeles)

Immediately after arriving home, I would send forth righteous thoughts so that the letters would reach their intended recipients.

It takes a long time to write letters, and I still have to work and do other Dafa projects. When I feel it is hard to balance my life and Dafa projects, I remember Master saying,

“But however hard it was, there was still a path for you to walk. It was just a question of whether you sought it out.” (20th Anniversary Fa Teaching)

During the process of writing letters, my patience has increased and I have eliminated many layers of fear.
