1. [Shanghai] Mr. Yu Linguo Arrested, Mr. Xu Changqing Sentenced

Mr. Yu Linguo of Pudong District was arrested on the evening of July 3, 2019. His home was ransacked.

Mr. Xu Changqing of Jinshan District was sentenced to three years and nine months by the Fengxian District Court in May 2019.

2. [Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Wang Meiling Detained

Ms. Wang Meiling was arrested by officers from Xicheng District Police Station, Guandu District Domestic Security Division of Kunming City, and Niujiezhuang Police Station of Guandu District on the morning of June 21, 2019 after someone reported her talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is detained at Kunming City Detention Center.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Zhiyao Detained

Ms. Wang Zhiyao of Haidian District was arrested by security officers on April 25, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and she is detained at Haidian District Detention Center.

4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yue Naiming Sentenced

Mr. Yue Naiming was sentenced to three years and six months by the Jilin City Intermediate Court on July 12, 2019.

5. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Ms. Bai Fengyan and Ms. Liu Shuyun Detained

Ms. Bai Fengyan and Ms. Liu Shuyun were transferred to the Gongzhuling City Detention House from the Gongzhuling Detention Center on July 10, 2019. Ms. Bai and Ms. Liu were arrested on the afternoon of June 24, 2019 for posting Falun Gong fliers.

6. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Jun Detained

Ms. Liu Jun from Jubaoshan Town, Changling County was arrested by officers from Changling County Police Department and Jubao Police Station on July 15, 2019. She is being held at Changling County Detention Center.

7. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Qiling Detained

Ms. Zhou Qiling of Qingshang Township was arrested on July 10, 2019 when she was taking a train to Changchun City. Her home was ransacked, and she was subjected to 10 days of detention.

8. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhou Xianrong, her husband (name unknown), Ms. Pang Sufen, Mr. Huang Biao, and Ms. Xu Shaoqiong were arrested on the evening of July 14, 2019. Police ransacked their homes.

9. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Qiong Detained

Ms. Wang Qiong was arrested by officers from Guokai District Police Department on June 14, 2019 after she was reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Police detained her for 5 days and extorted 700 yuan in cash from her.

10. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Four Practitioners Arrested and Tortured

Ms. Huang Yuqing, Ms. Zhou Yuying, Ms. Zhang Ying, and Ms. Ding Rongzhi were arrested on July 10, 2019 when they were reading a Falun Dafa book together. They were tortured by police.

11. [Bengbu City, Anhui Province] Ms. Wu Jufeng and Ms. Duan Genhua Detained

Ms. Wu Jufeng, 69, was arrested in mid-April 2019 and taken to a detention center. She was previously incarcerated for four years at a forced labor camp.

Ms. Duan Genhua, 67, was detained at a brainwashing center in April 2019. She was previously subjected to forced labor twice.

12. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Qi Yingjun of Laiwu District, and his wife (name unknown), Ms. Chen Lianmei, and other practitioners were arrested by officers from Jinan City Police Department on the morning of July 16, 2019. Their Falun Dafa books were confiscated. The couple’s whereabouts are unknown.

On the same day, Jinan City Railroad Police Station officers arrested Mr. Yin Feng, Mr. Cheng, and others. Their homes were ransacked. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Lu Youzhi of Bianjia Village, Longshan Town, Zhangqiu District was arrested by officers from Zaoyuan Police Station on July 12, 2019 when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Mingxiang Arrested

Ms. Yang Mingxiang of Changle County was arrested by officers from Chengxi Police Station on the morning of July 12, 2019 when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

14. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Four Practitioners Detained

Ms. Zhu Shuyun, Mr. Xu Zhongdao, Ms. Xu Zhonglan, and Ms. Yang Guihua were arrested by a Domestic Security Division officer on the afternoon of July 1, 2019 when they were reading a Falun Dafa book together. The place was ransacked, and a notebook computer, printers, printer paper, and Falun Dafa materials were confiscated. The practitioners were held at a detention center.

15. [Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Wang Jing Detained

Ms. Wang Jing was arrested and taken to a detention center by the head of the 610 Office and officers from Ruichang City Police Department on July 12, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

16. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Ji Shuxia was arrested by a plainclothes officer on the evening of July 14, 2019 when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Zhang Yuming was arrested at Baozidian Open Market by officers from the Zhunhua Domestic Security Division on July 2, 2019.

Mr. Wang Jian, Ms. Sheng Jinling and her husband (name unknown), Ms. Wang Ruiling and her husband (name unknown), Mr. Tian Shuxue, Mr. Zhang Qin, Mr. Guo, and others were arrested on July 6, 2019. Their printers, computers, cash, and other property were confiscated.

17. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Ruilian Arrested

Ms. Liu Ruilian of Nanxinying Village, Fengning Manchu Autonomous County was arrested by Captain Zhang Pengfei and other officers from the local Domestic Security Division on July 15, 2019. They confiscated over 40 Falun Dafa books, printer paper, Falun Dafa materials, and other property.

18. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Yanhong and Ms. Liu Lanping Detained

Ms. Wu Yanhong and Ms. Liu Lanping were arrested and detained by officers from Lianmenglu Police Station on July 3, 2019 when they were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were released.

19. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Huaiping and Ms. Liu Yuzhen Arrested

Mr. Wang Huaiping and Ms. Liu Yuzhen of Linzhang County were arrested on the evening of July 13, 2019 when they were distributing Falun Gong materials. Ms. Liu was released.

20. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Wu Xianwen Faces Trial

Mr. Wu Xianwen from Xiangyang Village, Beizhouzi Town, Datonghu District was arrested and taken to Nan County Detention Center by officers from Beizhouzi Town Police Station on March 5, 2019. His case was submitted to the procuratorate. Mr. Wu is facing trial.

21. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Updates on Ms. He Xiuyun and Ms. Yang Linying

Ms. He Xiuyun and Ms. Yang Linying were arrested and detained on May 23, 2019 by officers from Guangchang Police Station. Ms. He and Ms. Yang were transferred to Huaihua City Detention Center after 15 days of administrative detention.

Ms. He was released, and Ms. Yang was formally arrested by the Hecheng District Procuratorate.

Mr. Zhao Chunzhuang and others were arrested by Lengshuitan police on July 11, 2019 when they were reading Falun Dafa books at Mr. Zhao’s home. They are detained at Shichang Detention Center of Yongzhou.

23. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Ms. Guo Mingqing Detained

Ms. Guo Mingqing, 56, was arrested on June 12, 2019. The Yuetang District Procuratorate then issued an official arrest warrant for Ms. Guo on July 9, 2019. After she was detained at the Xiashesi Police Station for 15 days of administrative detention, the Yuetang District Police Department put her in criminal detention on June 27, 2019.

24. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Mu Le and Ms. Wang Xuhong Arrested

Mr. Mu Le was taken to the Shenyang First Detention Center on July 12, 2019.

Ms. Wang Xuhong of Heping District was arrested on July 13, 2019. A picture of the founder of Falun Dafa was confiscated.

25. [Huludao City, Liaoning province] False Accusations Against Bajiazi Town Practitioners Filed to Court

False accusations against Ms. Wang Yushan, Ms. Hu Jixia, Ms. Shen Wenling, Mr. Ji Xiangqian, and others of Bajiazi Town, Jianchang County were filed with the court.

27. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Yang Xin Arrested

Mr. Yang Xin from Hongqi Village, Gaojia Town, Weibin District is working in Xian City. He was arrested there by local police on the afternoon of July 15, 2019. His home was ransacked.

28. [Xian City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Zang Jinda Arrested

Mr. Zang Jinda from Hunan Province was arrested at his home in Xian City on July 9, 2019. His computer, printer, and other property were confiscated.

29. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang province] Case Against Wanggang Town Practitioners Submitted to Prosecutor

Ms. Yu Ping, Ms. Feng, Ms. Wu Yanbo, Ms. Dai Shihua, Ms. Dai Shiling, and others of Wanggang Town, Nangang District were arrested by officers from Nangang District Police Department on April 22, 2019. Police submitted the case to the Nangang District Procuratorate before July 12. The practitioners are detained at the Harbin City Police Department Seventh Office Detention Center.

30. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lu Guanru Sentenced to Seven Years

Ms. Lu Guanru was arrested by officers from Ranghulu Police Department on November 9, 2018 and held at Daqing City Detention Center. On June 6, 2019, Ms. Lu was sentenced to seven years in prison and fined 40,000 yuan.

Ms. Lu has been on a hunger strike, suffers from heart failure, and vomited blood. She was taken to the emergency room and guarded 24 hours a day by police.

31. [Ningan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lu Wen’e Detained

Ms. Lu Wen’e, an employee of Dongjingcheng Forestry Bureau, was arrested and taken to the Domestic Security Division of Forestry Police Department by a plainclothes officer on the morning of July 14, 2019 when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her computer and Falun Dafa books were confiscated. She was detained for 10 days.

32. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Ma Guobin Sentenced

Mr. Ma Guobin from Heilongjiang Province worked in Zhejiang Province. He was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison. He is incarcerated in Zhejiang Province Fourth Prison in Hangzhou City.

33. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sheng Shuli and Ms. Qu Yuanzhi Face Trial

The cases of Ms. Sheng Shuli and Ms. Qu Yuanzhi have been submitted to the Huangdao District Court. Ms. Sheng's lawyer visited her at Pudong Detention Center on July 2, 2019.
