1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
2. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Xiao Hailing Arrested

4. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Jiuyun and Ms. Hu Lianxiang Arrested

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Changbin's Whereabouts Unknown

1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Li Helong, Ms. Li Shuchun, Ms. Yang Haixia, Ms. Liu Shuping, and other practitioners from Dorbod Mongol Autonomous County, were arrested in February 2020.

2. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Xiao Hailing Arrested

Ms. Xiao Hailing from Sanjieliang Village, Xinhui Town, Aohan Banner was arrested on February 10, 2020, after someone reported her for distributing Falun Gong materials.

3. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Chunyan Detained

Ms. Wang Chunyan is being held in Nanhui Detention Center.

4. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Jiuyun and Ms. Hu Lianxiang Arrested

Ms. Gao Jiuyun and Ms. Hu Lianxiang were arrested by officers from Quzhou County Police Department on the evening of February 18, 2020. They are being held in the police department. Ms. Hu’s home was ransacked, and her Falun Gong books and materials were confiscated.

5. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Xia Jingze Harassed

Ms. Xia Jingze, 74, was arrested at home by officer Yang Zhiqing and others from the Wangyuehu Police Station on February 21, 2020, when she was printing copies of Minghui Weekly. Her notebook computer and Falun Gong materials were confiscated.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Changbin's Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Li Changbin from the Shenhe District was reported to the authorities on February 10, 2020, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was arrested at home the following day. His whereabouts are unknown.
