The elected officials thanked the practitioners for the meaningful and significant contributions they have made and continue to make, to Canada, and that Falun Dafa’s values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are Canadian values.
A rally was held during the activities in Westlake Park to draw attention to the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of Falun Gong.
Practitioners gathered on the Boston Common on May 6 to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction. They demonstrated the exercises, played the waist drums, and sang songs.
