Zhen Shan Ren Art Exhibition in San Diego Honors Faith and Courage

(Minghui.org) Crowds of people filled the famous Balboa Park in San Diego on a sunny spring weekend. The Zhen Shan Ren Art Exhibition was on display here, depicting the power of belief and courage. Falun Dafa practitioners in San Diego held the event to commemorate the 27th anniversary of the April 25 Appeal in Beijing.

Balboa Park is home to 17 museums and the world famous San Diego Zoo. It attracts tourists from all over the world. Many visitors stopped in front of the paintings and read the information.

Practitioners displayed paintings from the Zhen Shan Ren Art Exhibition in Balboa Park to commemorate the 27th anniversary of April 25 Appeal.

About 20 paintings lined both sides of the pedestrian street, forming an open-air gallery. Many people stopped in front of every painting and read the descriptions. Some talked to practitioners to learn more about the persecution of Falun Dafa, which has gone on for 27 years.

People Are Interested in Learning Falun Dafa

Many people said they were interested in learning how to practice Falun Dafa. Some visitors asked for information about the local practice site and said they wanted to learn the exercises there.

A student from San Diego University was very interested in Falun Dafa and said she would read Zhuan Falun online. Her majors are communication and philosophy, and she felt practicing Falun Dafa would help her.

Many people were shocked after they learned that the CCP harvests organs from Falun Dafa practitioners while they are still alive, and that this atrocity has gone on for years. They thanked the practitioners for exposing this.

Tourist from Israel: Falun Dafa Practitioners in China Deserve Respect

Tourists signed the petition to support Falun Dafa and condemn the CCP’s persecution.

Tourists from Brazil, Israel, Australia, Mexico, Hungary and South Korea signed on the petition to end the CCP’s organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners. Many residents from California signed the petition and called for their senators to support the S.4009 Falun Gong and Organ Harvesting Victims Protection Act, which is being reviewed in the Senate.

A lady from Israel said, “This experience helped me understand the suffering that practitioners have gone through. Those Falun Dafa practitioners in China deserve my deep respect.”

After a lady heard about Falun Dafa, she took a flyer and said, “The world is chaotic. But as long as people have kindness in their hearts, they will have a good future.”
