How the Chinese Consulate in Italy Has Violated the Civil Rights, Laws and Sovereignty of Italy

Practitioners are being threatened and harassed. As overseas nationals and residents, practitioners' legal activities have also been interfered with by the Chinese consulate. Apart from this, the Chinese consulate has imposed pressure on foreign organizations and communities. The following are some cases in this regard.

Les Presses Chinoises Trial: Dafa Practitioner Recounts Being Beaten by Chinese Diplomat Inside the Embassy in Ottawa

(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of November 21, in the Quebec Higher Court, Chinese international student Wang Xueliang testified that he was beaten up by Chinese diplomat Ma Xiaolong, on the evening of December 28, 2001. Wang is a witness in the case against the Chinese Newspaper Les Presses Chinoises, which has been accused of slandering and spreading hate propaganda about Falun Gong.

Sentenced to 19-Year Prison Term, Shandong Dafa Practitioner Ms. Luu Guiling is Currently on Hunger Strike

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Luu Guiling, is a 40-year-old Dafa practitioner from Jiangjiazhai Village, Wenquan Town, Huancui District, Weihai City, Shandong Province. Ms. Luu was illegally sentenced to 19 years in a forced labor camp because she assisted in broadcasting Falun Dafa truth-clarification video programs on Chinese TV. She is currently held in the Jinan provincial female prison, Shandong Province. She has been on a hunger strike for nearly two months. Her life hangs by a thread.
