(Minghui.org) Several practitioners in our area were arrested earlier this year, and many of us were involved in the rescue efforts. Recently one practitioner said, “There isn't enough evidence for the prosecution to go to trial – why won't they release the practitioners?” I heard other practitioners say, “The lawyer said that there isn't enough evidence to indict.” I came to the realization that, by saying “not enough evidence for a trial,” we are acknowledging the old forces' influence.

The police arrested a practitioner for owning an “illegal mobile phone base station.” According to the law in China, there must be over 10,000 spam texts sent out from that base and the texts had to be on the receiving cell phones for over an hour for the owner to be criminally liable. The practitioner's family said that what the practitioner did hadn't violated the law and that, “It wasn't enough to go to trial.”

For what I understand, isn't this another way of acknowledging the old forces' persecution? In other words, if the practitioner did send out 10,000 text messages and they all stayed on the cells phones of the receivers for over an hour, then he's committed a crime?

When the lawyer said,“There isn't enough evidence to go to trial,” some practitioners became very confident, as if they had found something solid with which to rescue the practitioner. Isn't this a human notion? I believe that it shows a problem with us lacking faith and belief in the Fa.

Everything we do should be done according to the standard of the Fa and not the evil Party's law or what some lawyer said about the evidence. Lawyers merely work with us within the laws of the ordinary world and help us to validate the Fa and save people. Everything happens because it is required in the Fa rectification.

Under all circumstances we should have faith in Teacher and the Fa. We should follow the requirements of the Fa and not things of the secular world.
