(Minghui.org) The Dutch truth-clarification tour group held an information day event in Amsterdam on December 6, 2025. Many people learned about Falun Gong and signed a petition. A man said, “The Netherlands need to know this. I support you!”
Practitioners of Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, set up display boards on Buikslotermeer square, demonstrated the exercises, talked with people, and distributed flyers. They introduced Falun Gong and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 26-year persecution. Though it rained during the event, many passersby stopped to learn more.

A man saw the photos on the display board showing some of the CCP’s torture methods and prayed for the practitioners. He asked how he could help and signed the practitioners’ petition.
Abena is from Congo and is a new student in the chemical engineering program at the Delft University of Technology. She stepped forward to learn about the persecution and signed the petition without hesitation. “It’s my first time hearing about this,” she said. “Such brutal things should not happen in 2025. I support your efforts to stand up against persecution and oppression.”
Abena said Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are very good and people should follow them to benefit society. She said she did not know much about communism, but knew that communists did many bad things in Russia. She said she did not like communism.

A man working in sales signed the petition. Later that evening, as the practitioners were packing up their display boards, he rode his bicycle past the Falun Gong stand again. “The Netherlands need to know this. I support you!” he said.
People sign the petition to help end the persecution
The Dutch truth-clarification tour group, which held events on Saturdays from May 17, 2025, to December 6, 2025, visited 28 cities across the Netherlands, from Groningen and Leeuwarden in the north to Eindhoven in the south, Delft in the west, and Enschede in the east.
Through these events, many people learned about Falun Gong and the CCP’s persecution. Some people expressed a wish to read Zhuan Falun, the main text of Falun Gong, and learn the spiritual practice.
Due to the CCP’s transnational repression campaign, the practitioners’ events sometimes were attacked or interfered with. But kind Dutch people supported Falun Gong practitioners and appreciated them holding public events to deliver their message.
